Stage 1: Two-Day Practical Sessions for Coaches on Court

As part of the Coaches Education program, is implementing the 1^st Stage of ETC’s Coaches Categorization, Stage 1 / ETC's S1 ...

The start took place on the two days of July 24 and 25 / 2021, with a total of 6 hours (4 sessions / 3 hours per day), with practical training on the courts of the Tennis Lab Academy, in Athens.

The following topics were developed:

1. Feeding / coaching skills

2. Range of acceptability / coaching skills

3. Basic principles of communication depending on the age of the payer / coaching skills

4. Basic principles for the production of exercises / coaching skills

This program is part of the 40 sessions of s1 or a separate seminar.

Stage 1 / S1, includes 40 sessions (1:30 hours each session), 20 theoretical / online sessions and 20 hours of practice on the court...

The topics that are developed are:

a. Introduction of juniors under and over 10 and adults

b. Recreational juniors and adults training

c. Training for red level 6 and 7 years

The Stage 1 / S1 coaches education program for all 3 categories of ETC will be implemented throughout the year.
