Stage 1 for coaches of Campions of Pefka Tennis Academy

As part of the implementation of the coaching and training program, after the practical sessions held at the end of July in Athens, an educational program continues, for the 1st level of categorization of ETC coaches, Stage 1 / ETC's S1, with two more practical sessions, in Thessaloniki this time and more specifically, in the Champions of Pefkos, on Sunday, 19-09-2021..

The S1, includes 40 sessions (1:30 hours each session), 20 sessions theoretically online and 20 hours of practice on court ...

S1 refers to:
a. Introduction of juniors under and over 10 and adults
b. Recreational juniors and adults training

The following topics will be developed:
1. Footwork for Grstrokes / volleys / serve
2. Perception skills / Footwork combined with hitting skills / fundamentals
3. Basic principles for the production of exercises (coaching skills)

This program is either part of the 40 s1 sessions or a separate seminar.

Training programs for all 3 categories of ETC coaches will be organized and
implemented throughout the year.
