ETC’s Coaches Education: Stage 1 / S1
On Sunday 31/10/2021- Drosia Tennis Academy and on Sunday 21 November 2021- Tennis Lab Academy, practical training sessions of Stage 1 / S1 level coaches took place .. ▫️3 total hours (2 sessions), with practical training in the stadiums where the topics were developed:

a. Footwork for beginners and recreational players for groundstrokes / volleys / smashes / servis / return ...

b. Coordination skills on court

c. Receiving skills on court

d. Sending / Hitting skills on court

A total of 13 coaches participated in both programs, who either attend the entire S1 program, or attended only the specific sessions ..

The current program of S1 continues online on a weekly basis, until the completion of the 20 online sessions while sessions will be organized on the field, until the completion of the 20 practical courses, with the final goal of completing all 40 courses (theoretical and practical duration 1 , 30 hours each) and consequently the completion of the specific training program S1...
