The events took place at the academy premises in Thessaloniki.

The coordinator of the program was the Technical Director of ETC and of the Academy, Manos Moulianitakis.

Responsible for the organization and operation of the camp, were the coaches of the Academy Pavlos Dinopoulos (S1), Dimitris Vakoufaris (S1) and Nikos Mermigas.
