Egalite Tennis School / ETC's Training Center
At the start of the new season, and following two years of coach education at our academy—along with two successful coaching workshops in 2024 and 2025—Egalite Tennis School is expanding its collaboration with Evolving Tennis Coaching (ETC), an organization supporting academies and coach education. This partnership enriches our academy’s existing programs with the Long-Term Player Development program.
This program is aimed at boys and girls aged 5–10 (red, orange, and green levels) and focuses on teaching all the essential skills required in modern competitive tennis, through updated training methods that meet international standards.
The goal of our academy is for athletes who participate in these programs to compete under the best possible conditions in the juniors’ categories of Greek championships.
As part of the new season, our Club, in addition to the annual coach education program at the beginning of the year, is planning the organization of two new tennis camps for children, as well as the innovative training program for adults: “ETC's OVERALL PRACTICES FOR ADULTS… operated by ETS.”
Our aim is to offer a complete experience that combines training, play, and fun. Adults will have the opportunity to practice on court with our experienced coaches, test themselves in friendly singles and doubles matches, and take their tennis experience to another level. Meanwhile, the children’s camp will give our young friends the chance to discover tennis through tailored activities, always with the support of coaches and the supervision of staff, helping them to reach their full potential.
The heart of our club beats on the courts, where our coaching team gives its very best every day. With knowledge, experience, and passion for the sport, our coaches are the foundation both for children of all ages taking their first steps in tennis and for adults striving to improve.
Our Coaching Team:
- Vasilis Banousis – Head Coach & Technical Director: The leader of our team, graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science, ETC partner, trained by ETC at Stage 1 (S1) and Stage 2 (S2) of the coaching education system.
- Giannis Kamilorakis: Graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science, ETC partner, trained by ETC at Stage 1 (S1) and Stage 2 (S2).
- Lefteris Kampourogiannis: Graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science, ETC partner, trained by ETC at Stage 1 (S1) and Stage 2 (S2).
- Angeliki Gagara: Graduate of Coaching Institute (IEK), ETC partner, trained by ETC at Stage 1 (S1) and Stage 2 (S2).
- Nikos Kamilorakis: ETC partner, trained by ETC at Stage 1 (S1) and Stage 2 (S2), actively contributes to daily training.
- Christos Mallios: Graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science, specialized in tennis and skiing, National Ski Team coach.

The responsibility for organizing and implementing the 2025–2026 competitive season program has been undertaken by Manos Moulianitakis, General Director of Evolving Tennis Coaching (ETC) and Technical Consultant of Egalité Tennis School (official ETC Training Center). With his extensive experience and expertise, he is the key contributor to shaping a comprehensive development plan aimed at raising training standards and inspiring all members of our club.
