Practical Sesions for Coaches Stage 1 

On Tuesday 04/01/2022 and Wednesday 05/01/2022, practical sessions of Stage 1 / S1 level coaches will take place, 3 total hours / 2 sessions per day, with practical training, the first (04/01) in courts of Lab Tennis Academy (Rentis), and the second (05/01) at the courts of Niki Drosias Tennis Academy ....

On Tuesday 04/01/2022 the following topics will be developed:
a. Tactics for S1 players
b. Practicing the physical aspects for S1 players

Wednesday 05/01/2022 the topics will be developed:
a. Coaching Skills for S1 players:
i) Feeding .... 1. for the Base Line Game / 2. for the Net Game / 3. for the Return
b. Technical for S1 players:
i) Base Line Game .... 1. Strokes hitting skills- fundamentals / 2. Footwork fundamentals- receiving skill
ii) Combine Strokes hitting skills- fundamentals with Footwork fundamentals- receiving skills on practice ...

The sessions are organized in the framework of the implementation of the training and coaching program,
continuing the 1st training program, for the 1st level of coaching categorization of ETC, Stage 1 / ETC's S1, which started last July...

The S1, includes 40 sessions (1:30 hours each session), 20 sessions theoretically online and 20 hours of practice on the field...

S1 refers to the general topics:
a. Introduction of juniors under and over 10 and adults
b. Recreational juniors and adults training
c. Training for red level 6 and 7 years ....

These sessions can be attended by anyone interested either as part of the 40 s1 sessions or as a separate seminar. 
Attendance certificates will be given separately for each session ...

Coaches Education programs for all 3 categories of ETC coaches, will be organized and implemented on a permanent basis ...
