Part of the practical sessions of Stage1 / S1 coaches that took place in Athens at the lab tennis academy on 21/11/2021.

In the specific practical sessions the topics were developed:

a. Footwork for beginners and recreational players for groundstrokes / volleys / smashes / servis / return ...

b. Coordination skills on court

c. Receiving skills on court

d. Sending / Hitting skills on court

The current program of S1 continues online on a weekly basis, until the completion of the 20 online sessions while sessions will be organized on the field, until the completion of the 20 practical courses, with the final goal of completing all 40 courses (theoretical and practical duration 1 , 30 hours each) and consequently the completion of the specific training program S1 ....
